One challenging question has been posed in the web with a video entitled - "Did you know we live in exponential times?" This is one question for all of us regardless of age, race, culture, occupation and situation - to think and learn about. Our world today is dynamic and differently paced. Doing "business as usual" is no longer the norm. Doing "good" is not anymore a way of life as it becomes the enemy of becoming great and relevant. ABAC is right in step with the changes and challenges of the times. AU/ABAC Graduate School of Business, in the midst of the Bangkok Challenge in 1997, launched by serendipity, the first MMOD Program in Thailand, as it were a response to need for change and organization development in the country and Asia. In Y2K AU/ABAC hosted the 15th World Conference of International Organization Development Association (IODA);
In 2006 launched the PhDOD for top executives and in 2008 hosted the 3rd Asian Organization Development Network (AODN) summit and in 2009 took the "butterfly ascent" of Organization Development Institute (ODI) that provides OD Programs and Services to institutions and organizations. These development initiatives are in sync for individuals, groups, organizations and communities to live and function in exponential times. This is our way to prepare and develop professionals in various fields at work in various types of organizations, the needed competencies, perspectives, paradigms, principles, practices and processes for these challenging times. You are welcome and invited to join us prepare for the future now.
With all best wishes.

Dear MMOD Prospects,
"Are you ready for a change?" This simple question often is the most difficult one to answer. In this fast changing world, the only choice is to consciously surf the waves of changes and prepare yourself to move towards the envisioned outcomes. The MMOD program is designed to equip OD students/learners with a broad spectrum of OD knowledge and necessary skills so that they can confidently develop the "how-to-make-it-work strategies and plans while ensuring total functioning among people, the organization and the environment for long-term sustainable growth and competitive advantage. At our OD school, we provide our students with different varieties of learning processes and approaches, most of which aim at best serving the needs for each individual OD student/learner.
In terms of classroom environment, it is intimate, informative, diverse and application-based. Demographically, our students are from different parts of the globe, ranging from China, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar, Switzerland, and East-Timor to Venezuela. For those who are interested in our MMOD program, I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you and thank you for your interests in our program.
