Program Objectives


The program aims:

1. To produce specialist in an international business law in order to support economics expansion and respond for
     the need of society in both public and private sectors.
2. To produce competent lawyers for a business sector especially international trade to support investment from
     oversea countries.
3. To produce specialize lawyers in both domestic and international law fundamental including regulations from
     various international trade organizations and groups.
4. To produce graduate who has ability in analyzing and solving problems by using legal theory. Being competent to
     analyze problem and obstacle in order to give consult and seek for an appropriate solution for the client
     efficiently.
5. To produce graduates who are morally sound, committed to acting justly, having legal ethic, and respect rights
     and freedom of the others in business sector and international trade properly.
6. To provide competent graduates, and up to date training in the varied fields of International Business Law to the
     legal community of the nation's capital.
