AU's M.B.A. Music Business program is a 1.5-year day and evening program with block teaching. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the music industry's business models, strategies, and tactics, with an emphasis on developing practical and critical thinking skills. They'll learn about the legal, financial, and technological aspects of the industry, making informed decisions in dynamic contexts. The program equips students with the creativity and innovation necessary to capitalize on emerging opportunities in this highly competitive field.   • Students will learn how to identify, analyze, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the music industry, developing the creativity and innovation necessary to succeed in this highly competitive field.

  • The program will foster effective communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, empowering students to build strong networks and work effectively with diverse stakeholders within the music industry.

Admission Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution both in local and international.

  • Take the AU English proficiency test or a TOEFL score of (iBT)
    90 or an IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.5 (Validation:Two years)

  • Interview entrance examination

Entrance Requirements

  • Official transcript of the previous university attended (2 copies)

  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate (2 copies)

  • Citizen identification Card and Residence Registration (2 copies)

  • Passport (2 copies) - for Non – Thai Applicants

  • Four (1x1 inch size) photographs (formal attire, not in graduation)

Exemption

  • The AU English Proficiency Test can be exempted depending on which of the following conditions you satisfy.

  • a TOEFL score of (iBT) 90 or (PBT) 575 or an IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.5 (Validation: Two years)

  • a Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree from native English speaking countries (e.g. USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand)
