AU's 2-year M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction offers thesis and non-thesis options. Eligible for a teaching license by Thailand's Teachers' Council, the program trains professionals with pedagogical instruction. Eligible for the teaching license provided by the Teachers’ Council of Thailand

  • The M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction program is designed to provide pedagogical instruction and training to develop teaching professionals.

  • Approximately seventy five percent of students are international students.

  • Visiting professors from famous universities abroad are invited to teach in the program.

  • โปรแกรมออกแบบมาเพื่อให้ความรู้ที่ทันสมัยในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 

  • เพิ่มพูนทักษะและความสามารถทางด้านการสอน การวิจัยและ จรรยาบรรณในวิชาชีพครู 

  • บรรยากาศนานาชาติที่มีนักศึกษาต่างชาติถึง 75 เปอร์เซ็นต์

Admission Requirements

  • Completed application form with 6 photos (1”x 1 ½”)

  • Three copies of Home-Registration (Thai) or Passport (International)

  • Three copies of official transcripts and three copies of the certificate of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of at least 2.5 on a scale of

  • Two letters of recommendation from two different people who can attest to their moral character and other trait

  • Take the AU-English Proficiency Test and the interview. The applicants who submitted the TOEFL (iBT) 90 or (P) 575 or IELTS 6.5 or those with the Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand are exempted from the AU English Proficiency Test.

Graduation Requirements

  • Have completed all the courses of the curriculum.

  • Have obtained a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00.

  • Pass the thesis defense (Plan A).

  • Have the thesis published or have obtained an acceptance of publication in a journal or academic publication or have presented it at a conference which has the proceedings (Plan A).

  • Have passed the oral and written comprehensive examination (Plan B).

  • Have completed the Independent Study (Plan B).

  • Have obtained library and financial clearance from the University.

  • Have demonstrated good behavior and discipline.

  • Hua Mak Campus, Ramkhamhaeng 24 Rd.

  • Evening class 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

  • Sat 9:00 - 12.00 a.m. and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
