Technology and Management


  • Block teaching and learning method (study one subject in a specific time).

  • Duration: 1.5 years approximately

  • Thesis or Non-thesis option (Independent Study+ Comprehensive)

Master of Science in Information Technology and Management (M.S.ITM) program is offered by Graduate School of eLearning, Assumption University of Thailand. Instructors, lecturers and students can access through SCITPlus, a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) and assignments could also be accessed through this system. Students can study anywhere and anytime, not within the confines of classrooms and class schedules. Some contents can be downloaded, saved and viewed later, giving room for offline study.


Classroom-based tutoring and lecture sessions are sometimes organized to supplement the learning mode of study. The study system of SCITPlus is proven to be effective and user-friendly for all our students. M.S.ITM curriculum is revised from an accredited M.S.ICT (by the Ministry of Education of Thailand) and approved by the university council. The M.S.ITM program is operated using the same standard as traditional classroom. The degree obtained is equivalent to a degree obtained through traditional classroom

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an  accredited institution

  • A minimum CGPA of 2.00 on 4.00 scale

  • English Proficiency

  • Computer literacy

Entrance Requirements

  • A completed application form

  • Official transcript of the previous university attended (1 copies)

  • Bachelor's degree certificate (1 copies)

  • Citizen identification card and residence registration (1 copies) - for Thai applicants

  • Passport (1 copies) - for Non-Thai applicants

  • Three (1x1.5 inch size) photographs (formal attire, not in graduation gown)

  • Letters of recommendation from former employer(s) should be attached with theapplication

Note : All documents must be endorsed with signature and submitted in person within the last day application period, otherwise the application will not be considered and the applicant will not be allowed to sit for the Admission interview.


  • The AU English Proficiency Test can be exempted depending on which of the following conditions you satisfy.

  • a TOEFL score of (iBT) 90 or (PBT) 575 or an IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.5 (Validation: Two years)

  • a Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree from native English speaking countries (e.g. USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand)
