Program objectives

Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management provides quality of learning at the graduate level to those who are in the teaching profession and to those who are interested in pursuing a doctoral degree in teaching and technology.  There is a current need for professional development for teachers and educators for quality education in the globalization era in which technology is used to improve the quality of teaching and learning.  

 

The Doctor of Philosophy in Teaching and Technology Program is a program designed to develop professional careers who are knowledgeable and competent to manage and lead the instructional process with integration of instructional delivery and technology; and to develop professional researchers who are competent to conduct innovative research systematically to guide the practice of teaching and technology.

Qualifications for Admission

  • Earn a Master’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Show proficiency in English (TOEFL or IELTS scores) or take the English Admission Examination for Graduate Program conducted by the University

Application Procedure

  • Complete the online application form at https://www.grad.au.edu/apply-online-doctoral

  • Submit the required documents as required by the Program (to be notified)

  • Remit fees for interview and English Proficiency Test (in case of taking the English Admission Examination by the University)

Program Duration

A candidate may graduate with the minimum period of 3 years and may extend to a maximum of 5 academic years.
