🎓 MBA-HTM Timor Leste Group Field Visit | May 2, 2025
This Friday afternoon, our MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management (MBA-HTM) students had the opportunity to visit Double B Hostel, a 21-room sustainable boutique hostel owned and managed by our proud alumna, Khun Benz.
🌿 Khun Benz warmly welcomed the group and shared her inspiring vision behind the hostel—from sustainable design, energy-efficient cooling systems, solar-powered rooftops, to water-saving innovations. Students engaged actively, asking insightful questions about serving different types of tourists while navigating regulatory challenges.
🍴 The group also visited Bite and Bond, the hostel’s cozy restaurant on the ground floor, where students enjoyed snacks and drinks.
🏨 A guided walk-through of the hostel’s 3 floors showcased its various room types and thoughtful facilities, ending the visit with a memorable group photo.
