Educational Trip

On Wednesday, the 11th of September 2024, as MBA students from Assumption University, we were given a unique opportunity by Ms. Orasa Khawngam to visit her company.

After a warm welcome from Optimum Solution Defined teams, Mr. Suttipan Sutas Na Ayuthaya, AI Consultant and Head of Solutions, challenged our understanding of Customer Experience - real cornerstone of nowadays Business Models - and showcased a first example of how AI can be used wisely with Fullloop.

Later in the morning, Mr Thiha Kiaw, Senior Business Developer, gave us a glimpse of what the future of national security might look like with AI development ; introducing us to ATOM with concrete, everyday applications in the public sector.

We, as MBA students, are often separated by our background and nationality, but today we unanimously agreed on one thing : we’ve learnt a lot.
