ABAC GSB respectfully thanked the ambassador for delivering his speech of good diplomatic relationships between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Thailand.

Iran respects Thailand and Thai Monarchy by having many warm visits and relationships between both countries.

He introduced the audience about the facts of his country in terms of geography, population, natural resources, economics, trade and investment, and tourism.

Not just only exporting and importing of products and services, the goodwill of both countries is also noteworthy. Agricultural products are the major export products from Thailand to Iran. Iran is one of the world largest oil and natural gas reserves and exporters to many countries.

Having noble joint economic committee and fruitful economic meetings between both countries increase the amount of trades each year.

Being depended on only oil and gas export will not be last long for economic prosperity. The Iranian government is playing its economic capability to work with other branches of energy, and will export more goods and services and increase more foreign investments. They are planning for the next 20 – 50 years for the next generations.

About 5.2 million tourists visited Iran last year, Iran currently promotes eco – tourism and encourages those tourists to preserve and revere the country.

The ambassador complimented that Thailand is very friendly country, and has an optimistic approach of decent experience and knowledge to promote the country tourism. He ended his speech with endorsing peaceful living and better understanding to prevent any undesirable incidents. He kindly invited our ABAC GSB students to visit his country with eco – tourism perception.
