The World Bank Group (WBG) would like to invite interested MBA, Masters and PhD graduate students with at least 3-4 years relevant work experience to join a 1 hour career seminar on Friday 19 June 9:30-10:30am Bangkok time/Thursday 18 June 10:30-11:30pm Washington DC time to learn more about career opportunities and joining us through the WBG Young Professionals Program.
The WBG Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a unique opportunity for young professionals who have both a passion for international development/finance and the potential to grow into impactful leadership roles across the World Bank Group. The program is designed for highly qualified and motivated individuals who hold a graduate degree and are skilled in areas relevant to public and private sector development operations. These areas include economics, finance and political risk insurance in emerging markets, education, health, social sciences, infrastructure development, engineering, urban planning, agriculture, natural resource management and others.
There will be 2 application periods: 1 to 30 June 2020 for World Bank Group (comprised of three institutions—World Bank, International Finance Corporation and Multilateral investment Guarantee Agency) and 17 August to 21 September for International Finance Corporation.
