Assumption University of Thailand (AU) ’s welcomed a morning of inspiration as Shaye Pumar, Chief Marketing Officer and Co‑Founder of Australia’s award‑winning ed‑tech firm HEX, delivered a sizzling session on “Trends in Global Marketing.” The presentation unfolded on the Hua Mak campus, July 15, 2025, drawing in a buzzing crowd of students and faculty eager for insight.

Shaye energized the room with stories from her 16 years of experience—spanning creative branding, digital strategy, data analytics, and launching five startups. Renowned in the industry as a “marketing gun” and “Jane of all trades,” she has helped scale over 250 businesses across Asia-Pacific while earning more than 30 industry awards and leading brand acquisitions.

Under her leadership at HEX, founded in 2017, Shaye champions programs that fuse academic credit with real-world, impact-driven experience. Today she tackled hot topics like AI-driven personalization, using data to fuel creativity, and honing “superpower skills” like adaptability, cultural intelligence, and strategic storytelling .
