MBA Students Gain Global Insights into Leadership and Organizational Behavior from CHARUSAT Visiting Faculty

The MBA Program at the Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management (GS-BATM), under the leadership of MBA Program Director Dr. Bhumiphat Gilitwala and course instructor Dr. Somchai Tantasanee, recently hosted a special guest lecture for the Organizational Behavior course. The session featured Dr. Khushboo Bhatt, Visiting Faculty from partner institution CHARUSAT in India, who delivered an engaging lecture covering key leadership dynamics, including Emotional Intelligence, Personality, Motivation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Resilience in the workplace.

Moving beyond traditional lecture formats, the session brought behavioral theories to life through dynamic organizational scenarios, hands-on activities, case discussions, and self-reflection exercises. Students gained valuable practical insights by directly applying these concepts to real-world business challenges.
