We had a great opportunity to visit the company primo world on 25 September 2024.
At the outset, I thank the owner of the company for accepting and spending his valuable time with us. It was such an exciting and wonderful experience to listen to the owner of the company.
The information was very vast and knowledgeable. His presentation was very clear and loud. He mainly focused on three key points.
Firstly, managing loyalty on the clients' platforms, secondly customer engagement and lastly about AI technology.
On behalf of the students. I take this opportunity to thank our professor and University for arranging a nice field trip and know the real business world. It was so enriching and resourceful information.
