GS-BATM Hosts Distinguished Guest Speaker on Human Adaptation in the AI Era

The Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management recently hosted an insightful guest speaker session on July 18, 2026 for the MBA Program's Organizational Behavior (BP 6903) and Organizational Management (MS 6401) courses, led by Dr. Somchai Tantasanee. The special session, titled "From Panic to Purpose! Human Adaptation in the AI Era," featured Mr. Narongwuth Wudhikanakorn, a distinguished IT Professional Executive, entrepreneur, and ABAC Batch 17 alumnus. The session provided students with critical insights into how Artificial Intelligence is transforming global labor markets and structural organizational behavior in 2026. 

Throughout the session, students explored the rapid advancement of AI technologies, global disruption indicators, and the growing of "Shadow AI" within modern enterprises. Mr. Narongwuth emphasized that while AI continues to automate repetitive tasks, human-in-the-loop oversight, contextual judgment, and emotional intelligence remain irreplaceable strategic advantages. By bridging academic theory with real-world industry shifts, this event underscored the university's commitment to equipping next-generation leaders with the essential skills to successfully navigate and drive business transformation in an AI-driven corporate landscape.
